Booking Your Dream Tour

At Trippenia, we make travel simple and stress-free. Once you share your travel preferences, our team will contact you to craft a customized itinerary. Upon your approval, your unforgettable adventure begins!

Booking Policy

Standard Bookings: A 25% deposit of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.
Festive Seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter): A 50% deposit is required.
Remaining Balance: Payable two days before arrival or in cash upon arrival.

Credit Card Payments

If you choose to pay by credit card, you must provide a signed authorization letter. The signature must match both your passport and credit card.

Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Seasons)

61+ days before arrival: 15% of the tour price charged
60–31 days before arrival: 35% charged
30–15 days before arrival: 50% charged
14–1 days before arrival: 100% charged

Note: Airline fees and a 5% bank processing fee apply to all refunds.

Cancellation Policy During Festive Seasons

61+ days before arrival: 25% of the tour price charged
60–31 days before arrival: 50% charged
30–15 days before arrival: 75% charged
14–1 days before arrival: 100% charged

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. A 5% bank processing fee is deducted from all refunds.

Force Majeure

In the case of government restrictions or airline-issued travel bans, Trippenia offers flexible options such as full refunds or travel credit vouchers. Only airline penalties and banking fees apply.

Accommodation

Prices are based on double occupancy.
Single rooms are available for an extra fee.
Hotel selection is based on quality and availability.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Flights

Domestic Flights: Prices and schedules are approximate and subject to change.
International Flights: We offer competitive rates from your country of origin.

Responsibility

Trippenia is not liable for disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, or third-party service changes. We do not cover additional costs resulting from such events.

Special Requests

If you have specific needs or preferences, please inform us during booking. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, requests are not guaranteed.

Children Policy

For Packages, Nile Cruises, and Hotels:

Under 2 years: Free
Under 6 years: 25% of adult price
Under 12 years: 50% of adult price
12 years and above: Full adult price

Note: One child per room policy. Extra charges may apply for flights.

For Sightseeing Tours & Shore Excursions:

Under 6 years: Free
Under 12 years: 50% of adult price
12 years and above: Full adult price

Extra charges may apply for domestic flights or ferries.

Use of Photos

Photos or videos taken during your trip may be used by Trippenia for promotional purposes on our website or social media platforms. We appreciate your participation in sharing the spirit of adventure.

Tipping

Tipping is not mandatory, but it is a customary way to express appreciation for excellent service. It is entirely up to you.

Complaints

If any issues arise during your trip, please notify us immediately so we can resolve them on the spot. For unresolved issues, contact our Customer Care Manager during your tour. Post-trip concerns should be submitted in writing to our Customer Care team.

General Terms of Use

Individuals under 18 are not permitted to use or transact on our website.
All payments are securely processed via our payment gateway.
Please retain a copy of all transaction receipts and policies.
We accept Visa and MasterCard in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP.
Trippenia does not offer services to countries sanctioned by OFAC, in compliance with UAE regulations.
Multiple transactions may appear separately on your bank statement.

Agreement Acceptance

Your booking and payment signify your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This forms a binding agreement between you (the Client) and Trippenia.
